Ion-Edge: A Market Leading, Economic, Shockless Static Eliminator

The Ion-Edge anti-static ionizer bar offers a high-tech, compact design that effectively eliminates static from a distance of up to 7″. This static eliminator features resistively coupled emitters that neutralize static electricity at high production speeds of 2000 feet or more. The stay sharp emitters assure no deterioration in performance due to erosion. The emitters 3/8″ pitch provide an intense field of ionization for static elimination, while allowing the static bar to operate at a lower voltage with increased safety and reliability.

The Ion-Edge ionizer bar is constructed of durable industrial grade extruded aluminum, plastic, and epoxy overlay. Model 400T static elimination bars are available in lengths 12″ to 72″ in one-inch increments; easy to install and maintain. Standard length sizes are listed below. Compatible with most power supplies from 4 Kilovolts to 8 Kilovolts.
