Curtain-Air Static Eliminator AC Blower
Available in six portable models, each Curtain-Air unit establishes an extra wide and deep ionization field (or curtain) of concentrated ions, completely eliminating troublesome positive and negative static electricity from processing equipment and product surfaces.
Curtain Air units, depending on models and sizes, distribute a uniform ion stream from 14″ wide (Model CA-20) to 64″ wide (Model CA-70). All units have an ionization range of 8 feet (effective 8 feet from target surface).
This, our most popular blower, comes in 20″, 30″, 40″, 60″ and 70″ widths, enabling you to select a unit exactly suited to your needs. Units can be combined for greater lengths, and easily installed on the wall, floor, workbench, machine frame or suspended from the ceiling.
All units, ready to plug into AC power, are self-contained, including power supply and variable speed controls, on/off switch and pilot light. Special units for light sensitive applications are available.
Curtain Air’s input voltage is 120 volts, 50/60 Hz. Typical applications include Unwind/Rewind, Sheeting, Stacking, Paint Lines, Assembly, Conveyors or anywhere wide coverage is needed or to get to hard to reach areas.
