Anti-Static Nylon and Stainless Steel Brushes

TAKK offers Anti-Static Brushes for the elimination of positive and negative static electricity from industrial processing machines and business machines. They are self-energizing, induction type (no power needed) static eliminators which do not spark or cause sparks and can be used in hazardous locations.
Model 5605 is available with conductive nylon fibers mounted in an anodized aluminum holder. Model 5635 is available with stainless steel fibers mounted in an anodized aluminum holder. Both brushes may be ordered in lengths of 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 48 and 60 inches and custom lengths.
Typical applications include High Speed Paper and Plastic Webs, Conveyors, Continuity Testing, Coating Operations, Other Hazardous Operations, and where mounting space is limited.
