Constructed of high quality brass bristles mounted in a kiln dried varnished hardwood holder, TAKK’s Model 8200 brass brush is a self-energizing, induction type (no power needed) static eliminator, which does not spark or cause sparks, and can be used in hazardous locations.
The brushes are simple to install, maintain and clean, and are well suited for harsh environments. They are effective no matter how high the voltage of static electricity or how fast the processing speed. Available in lengths of 6, 12, 24, 36, 42, 48, and 60 inches and custom lengths. They can also be gang mounted for special applications.
Typical applications include Coating, Building Products Manufacturing, Laminating, Paper Processing, Gravure Printing, Rubber Processing.
