Anti-Static Nylon and Stainless Steel Brushes

TAKK offers Anti-Static Brushes for the elimination of positive and negative static electricity from industrial processing machines and business machines. They are self-energizing, induction type (no power needed) static eliminators which do not spark or cause sparks and can be used in hazardous locations. Model 5605 is available with conductive nylon fibers mounted in an anodized aluminum holder. Model 5635 is available with stainless steel fibers mounted in an anodized aluminum holder. Both brushes may be ordered in lengths of 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 48 and 60 inches and custom lengths. Typical applications include High Speed Paper and Plastic Webs, Conveyors, Continuity Testing, Coating Operations, Other Hazardous Operations, and where mounting space is limited.

Anti-Static Brass Fiber Brushes

Constructed of high quality brass bristles mounted in a kiln dried varnished hardwood holder, TAKK’s Model 8200 brass brush is a self-energizing, induction type (no power needed) static eliminator, which does not spark or cause sparks, and can be used in hazardous locations. The brushes are simple to install, maintain and clean, and are well suited for harsh environments. They are effective no matter how high the voltage of static electricity or how fast the processing speed. Available in lengths of 6, 12, 24, 36, 42, 48, and 60 inches and custom lengths. They can also be gang mounted for special applications.Typical applications include Coating, Building Products Manufacturing, Laminating, Paper Processing, Gravure Printing, Rubber Processing.

Anti-Static Copper Tinsel

Proven through decades of success to be the most effective low cost, low maintenance passive static electricity eliminator available!

TAKK tinsel is of high quality 100% copper construction. The core is made of copper wire to ensure positive grounding and strength. The fine, sharply pointed copper strands provide greater static elimination. The highly conductive strands are interspersed to maximize effectiveness, but are not so dense as to make it easy to collect dust and particles. Tinsel resists breakage, matting and shedding.

It is a self-energizing, induction type (no power needed) static eliminator which does not spark or cause sparks, and can be used in hazardous conditions. Effectiveness increases as static increases. Available standard in two 1.25 inch diameter X 72 foot boxes or 504 foot bulk spools. Also custom lengths and assemblies are available.

Typical applications for TAKK Anti-Static Tinsel include Printing, Textile, Converting, Plastics and anywhere there are moving webs and conveyors. Special applications include Office Machines, Fitness Equipment, Ticket Dispensers.

Anti-Static Copper Tinsel Bars

TAKK’s Copper Tinsel Bars combine the benefits of low cost static elimination of copper tinsel with the advantages of rigid bar mounting.

Tinsel Bars are self-energizing, induction type (no power needed) static eliminators which do not spark or cause sparks and can be used in hazardous locations. The replacable tinsel insert is mounted in a lightweight anodized extruded aluminum holder. The rigid construction allows precise positioning.

Available in specified lengths 6” to 96”, in one inch increments. They are easy to install even in tight locations. Ideal for O.E.M. installations.

Anti-Static Cord

Constructed of highly conductive Thunderon fibers, TAKK Cord utilizes thousands of micro points to eliminate positive and negative static electricity from industrial processing machines and business machines.

It is a self-energizing, induction type (no power needed) eliminator, which does not spark or cause sparks and can be used in hazardous locations.

Anti-Static Cord is strong yet light in weight and is non-shedding. It will not oxidize and become less conductive. Available in 82 feet and 984 feet rolls.

Anti-Static Spray

TAKK Anti-Static Spray eliminates positive and negative static electricity at the press of a button. Available in large 14 oz. aerosol cans, it can be used virtually any where static may generate and create problems.

The most effective use of TAKK Anti-Static Spray include Feeder Boards, Machine Guides, Rollers, Knife Blades, Conveyor Belts, Carpets.
