Curtain-Air Static Eliminator AC Blower

Available in six portable models, each Curtain-Air unit establishes an extra wide and deep ionization field (or curtain) of concentrated ions, completely eliminating troublesome positive and negative static electricity from processing equipment and product surfaces. Curtain Air units, depending on models and sizes, distribute a uniform ion stream from 14” wide (Model CA-20) to 64” wide (Model CA-70). All units have an ionization range of 8 feet (effective 8 feet from target surface). This, our most popular blower, comes in widths of 20 inches to 70 inches, in 10 inch increments, enabling you to select a unit exactly suited to your needs. Units can be combined for greater lengths, and easily installed on the wall, floor, workbench, machine frame or suspended from the ceiling. All units, ready to plug into AC power, are self-contained, including power supply and variable speed controls, on/off switch and pilot light. Special units for light sensitive applications are available. Curtain Air’s input voltage is 120 volts, 50/60 Hz. Typical applications include Unwind/Rewind, Sheeting, Stacking, Paint Lines, Assembly, Conveyors or anywhere wide coverage is needed or to get to hard to reach areas.

Vortex Static Eliminator AC Blower

Our highly effective Vortex Blower generates and projects an extra wide (18” x 18”) and long range (10 feet) ionization field that engulfs static laden surfaces and completely eliminates positive and negative static electricity. Complete system includes external power supply, cable, ionizing blower and mounting hardware. Ionization is accomplished with a high output 40 emitter ionization system. Air velocity is created by a Centrifugal Blower; no compressed air supply is needed.

Vortex's input voltage is 115 volts, 50/60 Hz, AC.

Typical applications include Unwind, Rewind, Plastic Molding, Paint Lines, Packaging, Light Sensitive Applications or application where high velocity air and ionization is required.

Model 5800 Static Eliminator AC Blow-Off Gun

TAKK’s Model 5800 is a heavy duty shockless ionized air gun designed for elimination of positive and negative static electricity from static laden product … and for removal of dust and other contaminants. This quiet unit consists of stainless steel ionization head and guard with air nozzle mounted on a rugged plastic airgun handle, and is designed for use with TAKK’ s standard power supply. It comes with a 10 foot cable.

The system is safe, shockless and durable. The Blow-Off Gun’s input voltage is 115 volts, 50/60 Hz and is shockless.

It is used to eliminate static electricity and to clean molds and moldings, optics, automobile parts, screen printing, plastic sheets and electronic assemblies.

Ion-Jet Air-Knife AC Static Eliminator

TAKK’s Ion-Jet Air Knife gives you a combination of ultra high positive and negative ion output, plus a hard hitting curtain of air for web, sheet and parts blow-off. Thus eliminating the costly production problems of static electricity, and additionally offering the multiple benefits of high velocity air cleaning and prepping of equipment and parts. Ionization is accomplished with the same high performance system found in our TAKK Model 200 Static Eliminator. The Air-Knife component affords a quiet and efficient way to clean, dry, cool or prep equipment surfaces and parts. It pulls in large volumes of surrounding air to produce a high flow concentration of air. Amplification ratios (entrained air to compressed air) are 30:1. Air savings of 40% to 90% are achieved compared to “homemade” air tubes or slotted pipes. Available in 6 inches to 60 inch lengths, in increments of 6 inches. Easy to install.

Ion-Jet Air-Knife’s input voltage is 115 volts, 50/60 Hz AC and is shockless.

Model 5854 Precision Point AC Ionizing Air Nozzle

TAKK’s Model 5854 Precision Point Ionizing Air Nozzle is a compact, high performance unit that combines extended range (up to 6 inches from target) static elimination with compressed air removal of dust & contaminants from small objects such as yarn, trim, tapes, narrow webs, etc. The resistively coupled design of the unit produces a large volume of positive and negative ionization for eliminating high charges of static electricity. Construction is of durable stainless steel and PVC body, with nylon cable guard. 10 ft. cable is supplied.

The 5854’s input voltage is 115 volts, 50/60 Hz. Unit is shockless. Uses standard TAKK 6000 volt Power Supply.

Typical applications would include Wire and Optical Cable Manufacturing, Tube Extrusions, Narrow Webs, Small Parts Handling.

Model 5851 Precision Point AC Static Eliminator

TAKK’s Model 5851 Precision Point Static Eliminator is a compact, high performance unit that effectively eliminates static electricity from small objects such as yarn, trim, tapes, narrow webs, etc. The resistively coupled design of the unit produces a large volume of positive and negative ionization for eliminating high charges of static electricity, in a range up to 3 inches from target surfaces, even at high production speeds. Construction is of durable stainless steel and PVC body, with nylon cable guard. 10 ft. cable is supplied.

The 5851's input voltage is 115 volts, 50/60 Hz. Unit is shockless. Uses standard TAKK 6000 volt Power Supply.

Typical applications would include Wire and Optical Cable Manufacturing, Tube Extrusions, Narrow Webs, Small Parts Handling.

Model 5860 Compressed Air In-Line Ionizer

TAKK's Model 5860 In-Line Ionizer is a compact in-line compressed air static eliminator that can be easily installed in the user's airline, combining the benefits of static elimination with contaminant blow-off in many applications, and eliminating costly static problems in air separation systems fitted to sheet feeding decks. Simply cut into the air line and insert the nozzle close to the discharge end of the line. Constructed of durable stainless steel and nylon components, with PVC barbed fittings. 10 ft. cable is standard.

Designed for use with TAKK's standard 6000 volt Power Supply.

Typical applications would include air separation systems fitted to paper or plastic sheet feeding deck, materials moving through conveying pipes and tubes, folders & sheet-fed printing presses, plastic and acrylic parts as drilled or trimmed, optics, pre-paint, etc.

Ionix™Inline Static Eliminator

Install the Ionix™ AC static eliminator in the feeder airline of any Press, Bindery, or Packaging Operation – and positive and negative static electricity is instantly eliminated! The Ionix unit utilizes a unique, patented means of static elimination. It requires no electrical power or maintenance. Simply install the unit in the feeder airline and it works automatically. The cost of the unit is so low it pays for itself the very first time it prevents a downtime. The Ionix works by making the output air electro-statically dissipative, and in turn neutralizes static on parts and surfaces.

Ionix is constructed of highest quality components with reliable performance in mind. It is warranted for 6 months and replacement is recommended after 1 year. Environmentally safe; no hazardous materials.
